Here are my top picks for art and design sites for the week.  You may want to take a peek at Antony Gormley's One and Another, a Fourth Plinth public art project that gave Londoners an opportunity to use the Trafalgar Square plinth as their own personal platform. Designboom's Think Outside the Parking Box  competition gathered some ingenious proposals  that addressed solutions to parking space in a crowded world, and you can find your own opportunities as makers of Artist Books at Artist Books 3.0, a blog 'Where artists' books and the book arts meet online...'.  See you tomorrow!
