After a brief classroom check-in we will be off again this Thursday, this time for a tour of the Walker Art Center. You may want to do a little advance preparation and take a look at the Walker website or read about Haegue Yang: Integrity of the Insider, the exhibition that is currently on view at the Museum. Our guide will be directing us on a tour of Modern and Postmodern works in the collection, and I recommend that you take notes for next week's blog assignment. Sorry, there is no photographing in the gallery, but you can always sketch and/or find images you need for your blogs at ArtsConnected or on the web.
p.s. you may have to look high and low to identify this week's mystery photo location...good luck!
the pic is the summit yard toward the back, by where the smokers are suppose to smoke
ReplyDeleteSpecifically, it's the window above the homeloaf bench on the stairs in the summit building looking out into the adjacent yard.
ReplyDeletetoo bad you are supposed to email heR!!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry guys, Mr. Lidtke pulled it off again (Maria almost did it, though!)
ReplyDeleteBetter luck next week.......
I think while I was searching for it - because I KNEW where it was SUPPOSED to be - it wasn't there.
